What causes this issue?

For material &V1&, the <GL:counted_stock>counted
quantity</> entered differs from the <GL:book_inventory_balance>book
inventory balance</> by &&V2& &V3&.

System Response

The system accepts this difference: the warning is intended to prevent
your entering a wrong quantity.
