What causes this issue?

The system did not find any data that satisified the selection criteria
entered.
Possible reasons for this are:
Your selection criteria were too restrictive. The system was not able
to find any data that satisfied all criteria.
No data exists in the system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you expected to obtain a list, check the selection criteria you
entered. Cancel some of your selection criteria.
