Reservation is deleted or finally issued

What causes this issue?

You only want to display the list of open reservations. However, the
system only found deleted or "final issue" reservations.
There are no open reservations for the material.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
