Tax amount & is larger than gross invoice amount &

What causes this issue?

The tax amount &V1& is larger than the gross amount invoiced &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can correct this as follows:
Have the system calculate the tax automatically and correct the item
values from which the tax amount was calculated.
Enter the tax amount manually.
Correct the gross amount of the invoice, if required.
