&1: Preference for operation at component level (U1)

What causes this issue?

The rescheduling check has calculated that the receipts of the
components are not available until too late of a date. The delay time
displayed indicates the number of workdays by which the component
receipt with the greatest delay for meeting the necessary availability
date is delayed in realation to the whole BOM structure. The delay
times for individual component receipts are added by the BOM hierarchy
levels.

System Response

This exception message appears in the MRP list for a planning run in
the main memory.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you can give preference to the receipts for the
components causing the delay. You can access these receipts by choosing
the function 'Order structure' for the receipt you are viewing.
