Not possible to determine valid ISO code for language &

What causes this issue?

The system cannot generate an IDoc because it is not able to determine
the ISO code for language &V1&.

How to fix this error?

INCLUDE NA_SYSADMIN1 LANGUAGE EN

Check the entries for the language and ISO code in table T002 of the
standard system.
