Warning:Selected version types are deleted without check when saving

What causes this issue?

You are currently processing the active version of the version types.
For example, it is possible to delete active versions directly. The
deletion is carried out directly when saving the maintenance dialog. It
is not checked whether the version type is used! The can lead to
serious inconsistencies in the system.

System Response

The system plans the selected version types for deletion. The deletion
is carried out when saving.

How to fix this error?

You can list the the version types marked for deletion and if necessary
revoke the deletion.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
