False default version for material header &1

What causes this issue?

A default version has been entered for the header material &v1& whose
effectivity is not <ZH>always effective</>. However, this is essential
for the default version.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

As a default version select a version for which the indicator is
<ZH>always effective</>.
