Version type changed from &1 to &2

What causes this issue?

The version type was changed from &v1& to &v2&.
After saving, you cannot revoke this change because the new version
type has less cross-version fields than the old version type

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
