What causes this issue?

A component has been assigned to the line resource &V1& in the line
balance. However, you cannot schedule using this resource.

System Response

This component is set to individual scheduling in the planning matrix.

How to fix this error?

Check the capacity parameters for resource &V1&.
Check whether the range of coverage for the time stream of the
resource is large enough - that means larger than the range
of coverage in the period profile &V2&.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
