Rebate arrangement & does not satisfy selection criteria

What causes this issue?

You have chosen just one rebate arrangement (&V1) for processing, but
have simultaneously entered further selection criteria (arrangement
calendar, condition granter, comparison of business volumes etc.).
Rebate arrangement &V1& does not satisfy these conditions.
