What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

In certain cases, you can continue to work, but no longer using the
hierarchy display. The system decides itself which is the case.

How to fix this error?

Please inform your system administrator.
