What causes this issue?

The system could not find fee accounting data for Client &V1&, Sales/
purchase organization &V2&, Condition type &V3& and Application &V4& in
<GL:Customizing>Customizing</> Table TOIAF/TOIAE.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the data entered.
DEFINE &TAB& = TOIAF/TOIAE
INCLUDE 'NA_SYSADMIN_TAB'
