Table OIB09 contains entries from user &; no update possible

What causes this issue?

Report ROIBSCAN_SEL_MSEGO2 has been used by another user, who created
entries in Table OIB09.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Run report ROIBSCAN_SEL_MSEGO2 once more using that user ID and set
the REFRESH OIB09 indicator if you are sure that you can delete all
entries in Table OIB09.
