Table OIB08 contains entries from user &; no update possible

What causes this issue?

Report ROIBSCAN_CHECK has been used by another user, who created
entries in Table OIB08.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Run report ROIBSCAN_CHECK once more with the user ID of this user and
set the radio button to refresh table OIB08 and exit, if you are sure
that you can delete all entries in Table OIB08.
