What causes this issue?

Queue &V1& could not be processed. The entry was transferred to the
error queue &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the entry in queue &V2& via queue maintenance.
