SAP ArchiveLink (storage system error/SAP kernel error)

What causes this issue?

A request was to be sent to a content server.
The content server could not process the request correctly or the SAP
kernel could not forward the request to the content server.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The error cannot be corrected from the application.
Please contact your system administrator/content server administrator.
