What causes this issue?

A request was to be sent to a content server.
The content server could not process the request correctly.

System Response

A program error was reported by the content server.
Programs in the content server are not running correctly.

How to fix this error?

The error cannot be corrected from the application. Please contact your
system administrator/content server administrator.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
