Tax code mapping missing for the charge type &1

What causes this issue?

In the Customizing activity Map SAP TM Tax Settings, ensure that the
charge type that represents a tax line in the freight carrier invoice in
the SAP Transportation Management system is mapped to the tax code.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
