What causes this issue?

Data could not be converted or intepreted correctly.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check:
1.) Has the correct date format been sent to WS_UPLOAD?
2.) Does all the data in the upload file have the correct format
(particularly data with the type date)
