Field &1 from infotype &2 has an invalid reference field

What causes this issue?

Field &V1& in infotype &V2& has reference table &V3&. This field cannot
be used in the infotype header. The system only supports fields that
have the corresponding infotype table as their reference table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove the invalid field.
