What causes this issue?

The minimum amount to be transferred from a bank account to another
account cannot exceed the difference of the maximum balance and the
minimum balance.
(Otherwise optimization runs incorrectly)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the relevant entries in the account table TTRCD.
