Overwriting or deleting of index data

What causes this issue?

The system checks index data that is to be deleted, created, or changed.
The system has established that existing index data would be changed if
the request is executed.

System Response

If the check is performed in overwrite mode, the system records a
warning and continues the action.
If the check is not performed in overwrite mode, the system records an
error and cancels the action.

How to fix this error?

Check whether a change to the existing index data is really necessary.
Take into account that this index data may already have been used in
in-force business. In this case, you have to determine all affected
contracts manually and correct them.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
