What causes this issue?

Application &V1& was created with the processing level for contract &V2&
.
For changes to applications through remote function module (RFM), only
the <ZK>Policy Processing</> processing level is allowed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
