What causes this issue?

One of the following two causes of error are possible:
order &v1& is not available
the order is not a QM order
Only order category 06, which must be assigned to the order type, can
be used for QM orders.

Use another order.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
