Customizing prevents changing or creation of links to inspection lots

What causes this issue?

The switch for activating the document link was not set in Customizing.

System Response

In Customizing for Quality Management under <LS>Basic Settings</> ->
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLQSOQSS>Maintain Settings at Client Level</>, set
the relevant indicator to activate the document link. There, under <ZK>
Further Settings</>, set the indicator for the required business
process.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
