What causes this issue?

You cannot create an inspection lot because the material for inspection
type &v3& is not marked as inspection-relevant.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the <LS>Quality Management</> view accordingly to mark the
material as inspection-relevant for this inspection type.
