What causes this issue?

The inspection type &V1& is not assigned to a quality notification type
in the inspection type table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Defect records are stored as quality notifications. To permit defects
to be recorded for inspection type &V1& inspection lots, you must
assign this inspection type to a quality notification type.
