What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select one of the following two possibilities:
Enter the report category manually.
Maintain the assignment table (report category - work center). Refer to
the <DS:SIMG.OLQN-OQNFB>Implementation Guide</> for additional
information.
