What causes this issue?

A dynamic modification scheme can be defined for an origin in the origin
table. This dynamic modification scheme defines which fields are used.
For example, the material and supplier must always be present for a
goods receipt.
A plan use can be defined for the inspection type. Dynamic modification
criteria can also be defined for the plan use. These describe the
criteria by which dynmaic modification should take place.
The criteria, according to which dynamic modification takes place, must
always contain at least one component of the dynamic modification
scheme. Using the above example for goods receipt, the criteria can
contain either the supplier, the material, or both components.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
