What causes this issue?

You are trying to use a relative tolerance key with target value-
dependent tolerance limits. No relative tolerances have been defined
for the target value in the Customizing application.

System Response

How to fix this error?

Maintain the tolerances individually for the master inspection
characteristic. (The tolerance key for the characteristic will then be
reset).

Maintain an entry in the Customizing application for the entered target
value.
