Class characteristic has more than one interval

What causes this issue?

The class characteristic that is to be linked with the master
inspection characteristic has more than one interval.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When you confirm the message, the limits of the first interval found in
the class characteristic are used as the specification limits of the
master inspection characteristic.
You can change these limits on the quantitative data screen.
