Class charac. is already linked with master insp. charac. &2 in plant &1

What causes this issue?

You want to link a class characteristic that is already linked to
master inspection characteristic &v2& in plant &v1& to another master
inspection characteristic. This is not allowed, since each class
characteristic can only be assigned to one master inspection
characteristic.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign a different class characteristic, or no class characteristic to
the master inspection characteristic.
