You cannot set "Data record is archived" manually

What causes this issue?

The selected status can only be assigned by the system automatically
when the data record is written to the archive.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select another status.
