InfoProvider &1 is locked by user &2

What causes this issue?

InfoProvider &V1& is locked by user &V2&.
You may be dealing with
an advanced DataStore object
a CompositeProvider
a field-based Provider
a DataStore object
an InfoCube
a MultiProvider
an InfoObject
an InfoSet
...
Since all of these object types are in a single namespace (for example,
you cannot have an InfoCube xyz and a DataStore object xyz at the same
time), the object is locked centrally under the term "InfoProvider".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can currently only display the object.
If you want to edit the object, close the transaction that is locked by
the specified user, and restart the function.
