What causes this issue?

The <ZH>RECA_STORABLE_EXT</> Business Add-In was implemented in your
system for an add-on or a customer-specific enhancement.
The <EX>CREATE_OBJECT</> method of this Business Add-In, however, did
not supply an instance for enhancement &V1&.
