Revision category & forbids generation of a revision order

What causes this issue?

You are trying to generate a revision order for a non-WPS controlled
revision (non-WPS controlled = revision category with the non-WPS
controlled indicator, see Customizing)

System Response

It is not possible to generate a revision order for this revision
category.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
