Hierarchy &1 of the characteristic &2 should be time dependent

What causes this issue?

The previous hierarchy of the characteristic &V2& with the ID &V1& is
time-independent. The modified version is time-dependent. Because they
are being used in aggregates, they cannot be activated.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the hierarchy should actually be time-dependent. If not,
you need to adapt the hierarchy.
If it needs to be time-dependent then you need to deactivate the
aggregates that use this hierarchy.
