The time interval differs from that of a hierarchy with the same name

What causes this issue?

A hierarchy already exists with the same name as the entered hierarchy
and the time intervals for this hierarchy are overlapping.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct the time intervals for the hierarchies so that the time
intervals no longer overlap.
