BW extraction: Incorrect level determination for node &1 and parent &2

What causes this issue?

The superior hierarchy levels could not be determined properly for node
&V1&.

System Response

This error message is output when the system determines that the top
hierarchy level is not filled.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the correct node-parent relationship was passed on to the
module. You should also make sure that no consistencies exist within the
hierarchy.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
