What causes this issue?

Under certain circumstances the logged RFC calls could be incomplete.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please have a look at note 1904562 which describes in detail how this
can be avoided. It is recommended to implement kernel patch level 18 of
SAP kernel 741.
