The processing of CIF &1 queues is not active in system &2

What causes this issue?

The integration of SAP APO and SAP R/3 is based on queued remote
function call (qRFC) technology. To ensure that these qRFCs can be
processed after they have been created, automatic processing has to be
'registered.' The transaction to register OUTBOUND queues is
<DS:TRAN.SMQS>SMQS</>; for INBOUND queues it is <DS:TRAN.SMQR>SMQR</>.
For OUTBOUND queues, you only need to specify the destination, but for
INBOUND queues the queue name is also necessary. The names of queues
that are used for APO integration always begin with the combination
'CF'.
In the current case, it was determined that the &V1& qRFCs in system
&V2& were not registered correctly.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The data transfer (the start of qRFCs) can only take place once the
registration entries exist.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that the missing entries are created in system &V2& by using
transaction &V3&.
