Storage table for &1 wrongly defined or not defined at all

What causes this issue?

A table for storing the relation between objects is missing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In Customizing, a table with at least the following entries must be
assigned to the hierarchy structure:
MANDT,,MANDT
RELID,,,,/SAPAPO/RELID
PNODEID,,SYSUUID_22
CNODEID,,SYSUUID_22
CLEVID,,/SAPAPO/RELLEVID
