Version &1 does not exist for planning area &2

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To activate planning area &v2& in version &v1& go to SDP
Administration,select the planning area and choose<ZK> Create Time
Series Objects</> from the context menu. In the dialog box enter the
version and the start and finish dates.
