InfoCube not allowed as data source for key figure '&'

What causes this issue?

You have specified the InfoCube '&V2&' as the data source for the key
figure '&V1&'. This is not allowed because the key figure '&V1&' has
been defined as a non-cumulative value and not as a cumulative value.
However, only key figures that have been defined as cumulative values
can have an InfoCube as the data source in planning areas.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the definition of key figure '&V1&'.
