Non-repairable key figure inconsistency for key figure &1

What causes this issue?

There is an inconsistency between the key figure descriptions in
liveCache and in the database.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The inconsistency cannot be corrected using the consistency check in the
repair mode. You must initialize the planning area again.
