What causes this issue?

No time series objects can be created for planning area &V2& because
there are no characteristic combinations for the underlying planning
object structure (&V1&).

System Response

The system canceled the process.

How to fix this error?

First create characteristic combinations for planning object structure
&V1&. You can then create time series objects for planning area &V2&.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
