A data record has been inserted in planning area

What causes this issue?

No key figure values other than zero were found in the planning area. A
test data record has been inserted for the characteristic combination
used and the first period. At the end, this data record will be deleted
from the planning area.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
