Record &1, SERVICES: Leave object category blank for outline level

What causes this issue?

The data record &V1& is an outline level (object category should be
blank).
You cannot assign object category &V2& for an outline level.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For the data record &V1&, Delete the value for OBJ_TYPE in the
parameter SERVICES.
