What causes this issue?
The SSL certificate for the server has expired or is not yet valid.
System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
The problem can only be solved by the server administrator. A new SSL
certificate needs to be imported into the server.
